I simply received this cookbook and am already trying several the recipes. It is a great addition to the first Digest Diet that improved my health and help me loose over ten pounds. If you wish to boost your health and excite your tastebuds, this book is for you!
Have lost about ten pounds (about what I wished to loose) on this diet. I prefer the food, however if you do not have adventurous taste-buds this might not be for you. My husband extremely does not like most of the recipes (other than the shakes) but he is also lost weight on the diet.
